Refunds

The short version: if Ladybug Pro is not for you, tell us within 14 days of your purchase and we refund it in full. No questions, no forms, no hoops.
How to get a refund
Email hello@theladybug.app from the address on your account, or reply to the receipt email you received from Paddle. Either works. The refund goes back to your original payment method, usually within 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank.
What is covered
- New subscriptions: a full refund within 14 days of your first payment, whatever the reason.
- Renewals: if a renewal goes through and you meant to cancel, contact us within 14 days of that charge and we refund it too.
- Billing mistakes: duplicate charges or amounts that do not match the listed price are refunded in full, any time.
Cancelling instead
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account inside the app. Cancelling stops future charges, and you keep Pro until the end of the period you already paid for. No refund needed, nothing else to do.
Who processes the refund
Payments for Ladybug are handled by Paddle, our merchant of record. When we approve a refund, Paddle issues it to your payment method. Your card details never touch our servers.
Your statutory rights
This policy adds to, and never limits, any rights you have under the consumer law of your country, including the 14-day withdrawal right in the EU and UK.
